令和２年度 モデル組合を紹介します！

　本会では、他の模範となる中小企業組合を「モデル組合」として認定し、その優れた共同事業運営の仕組みや社会貢献活動を県内各組合で共有化することで、県内中小企業の組織化推進及びレベルアップを図るためモデル組合認定支援事業を実施しています。

本年度の認定審査委員会にて、徳島製材団地同組合・全日食チェーン四国協同組合の２組合がモデル組合として認定されました。

各組合の事例を紹介しますので、今後の事業運営や組織運営の参考にしていただけますと幸いです。
