募集・採用における年齢制限禁止について

　雇用対策法が改正され、平成１９年１０月から、事業主は労働者の募集及び採用について、年齢に関わりなく均等な機会を与えなければならないこととされ、年齢制限の禁止が義務化されました。
　求人票は年齢不問としながらも、年齢を理由に応募を断ったり、書類選考や面接で年齢を理由に採否を決定する行為は法の規定に反します。
